I ordered a pair of shoes and felt like I was waiting forever for them to show up. I kept checking the tracking link from my confirmation email, but it barely updated, which made it even more frustrating. The receipt came through right away, but the actual delivery took much longer than I expected

I ordered black shoes in a size 10, which felt like a simple request, and somehow they sent me a size 8 in a completely different color. The weird part is the box had all the correct order info on it, but the shoes inside were totally wrong. I emailed them about it and then had to wait days just to hear back. It’s really frustrating when the most basic part of the order gets ignored like that. I won’t be ordering from Mr Shoe Dealer again.
